Warranty
Congratulations on the purchase of your new Lone Star OTF. Lone Star Blades (LSB) values your business, and is excited to provide our limited 10 year warranty to original purchaser on all tactical size OTF models in our product line (excludes 5.5” open and smaller models). Customer must complete the warranty registration within 30 days of purchase. Registration ID # is located on back of this card. LSB will cover shipping cost back to customer (USA lower 48 only).
What is covered:
- Any defects in materials and workmanship.
- Any malfunction experienced during normal and proper usage.
What is not covered:
- Damage occurring from misuse/abuse (including but not limited to): using knife as a pry bar or screwdriver, chisel, punch, etc. Do not throw your knife.
- Blade/handle finish, or damage resulting from improper blade sharpening.
- Accident or Neglect – including missing and/or damaged parts, or improper re-assembly due to customer attempt at disassembly and/or customer self-repair.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: nicks/scratches, fading, etc.
- Using your new OTF for any anything other than cutting can void your warranty.
Registration
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase of your new Lone Star Blades knife, and include our 10 Year Warranty to the original purchaser. Register your product below by entering the registration number on the back of your warranty card. If we cannot repair your knife, we will replace it. A 100% satisfied customer is our goal.
